        Staff are tret like rubbish. The way management talk to them is shocking. i wouldnt speak to a dog the way they are spoken too.Staff work long hours and are not allowed to sit down for 5 minutes unless they are on a break which i find discusting if my family member wants a chat that should be allowed management have no respect at all for staff or clients im discusted at what ive seen and seriously thinking about taking my family member out would not recomend to anybody.

        Mam has been in just one week and the staff are great and Mam loves being there u walk in and every one is so friendly I am so pleased she is there
