        I thought Id stepped into an episode of Fawlty Towers. The restaurant manager had her own ideas about how service should be handled. We were short on time but after 30 minutes waiting we were told that we couldnt order until our drinks had arrived otherwise we might mess everything up the young staff were struggling as it didnt look like theyd received any training. They didnt even know how to serve between two customers. Please give them some guidance! The actual food tasted like any pub lunch anywhere. What a shame with such a lovely venue.
