Second time I've used the services of Tent & Awning Clinic and the service and quality of the repair was as excellent as last time. This time it was a repair to an air awning that had failed stitching where it connects to awning rail. All done and dusted for a very reasonable charge.

Rude owner Keith. I was polite on phone and asked for help with a simple leg repair. He said tent too big for his shop but it didnt need to be erected. Asked nicely if I could pop in store with it so he can see it. Basically he said I could, but that I was wasting my time then boasted about how hes got tonnes of work anyway and doesnt need my custom nor want it. Was willing to spend around 100 for this simple fix. At a lost end, and not liking his atttiude, I told him to forget it and Id find somewhere different. Sure I bet his craftsmanship is great for what he will do but a true craftsman in his trade will try to help or advice in some way and have some customer service skills. Had he been at least polite Id have perhaps recommended him to my many many other outdoorsy type friends in need of tent repairs in future, but Ill be telling them to avoid. Thanks all the same!
