Rosie and Rob are the worst.....pure evil......you can't have holidays as you don't deserve them even when you earn them.....you can be ill as you are a hindrance and sacked....they say you have 3 days illness but sack you after 2....they don't pay the same wages for same hours worked...they change their rules and hours about working and expect you just say yes....if you can't then just pull your contract....and if you have kids...dont work for these ppl....they expect you to be more for work that ya own family....extremely horrible company....ya best off on the dole that working for these ppl.

I really didn't want to have to do this but at first I genuinely thought this agency was pretty decent at first but as time goes on I began to notice abit of toxicity. The staff tend to be really nice to you at first but then after a while they just treat you like dirt. Whenever you have a issue or you wanna put some holidays in, you get completely ignored or spoken to like a burden but then when they are running low on staff or need someone to do overtime they will ring you last minute with no care of what time of the day it is. I honestly would NEVER recommend working for these ever again.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. I was invited to attend a site tour at end clothing North Shields on the 2nd of December. In the prospect of securing some work while I await a full time job becoming available in January. The job at end itself was basically picking and packing and which Im overly qualified to do so but nevertheless was a simple easy job for the money. So I attended the site tour and met with I believe jamie from gem he then took the four of us round the shop floor and basically said youll be picking the orders that come in have any of you had previous experience to which I replied yes because I have. As quick as that the site tour was done I would estimate it lasted all of 10 minutes if that. Then we were asked what shifts we could do and I said back shift to which he said goodbye and showed us out and said someone will be Intouch over the weekend. Monday comes still no news Tuesday comes I get an email saying I had been selected to work at end and to join an app called deputy to receive my shifts. Wednesday comes and still no correspondence from gem or any shifts on the app so I decided to find out for myself. the number on google doesnt work for one so I emailed Tom one of the staff from gem to find out what was going on only to be told that he had me down as starting on Monday and that there is now no shifts for me anymore.. at what level of incompetence do you start to think something maybe wrong Im personally telling you I could do the job of yourself and Jamie 1000x Better. That job was important to me and I was willing to work hard as I always do in any line of work and because of the way your staff have handled this Im now out of a job I was selected for on Tuesday!! But telling me I was meant to work on Monday thats impossible dont you think!!
