I would highly recommend Dr Hass. She is a very warm, calm, empathetic, and understanding lady. She listens well and gives great advice.

I cant recommend Dr Hass highly enough. I have suffered with anxiety issues for as long as I can remember, but Dr Hass has really helped me to process and deal with these. She was immediately welcoming and put me at ease, yet she was highly professional and clearly experienced in providing therapy for such issues. I have come on leaps and bounds and have got so much out of our sessions. Excellent therapist highly recommend.

I found Dr. Hass to be a very poor therapist. She came across as cold, direct and at times ruthless. She has little or no experience with trauma and PTSD. There were some sessions where she looked out her depth and lost. Asking a vulnerable patient to leave when theyre so fragile is unethical, unprofessional and morally incorrect. Dr. Hass also called my sponsor without my permission which breaks patient-confidentiality. EMDR was not done which I find strange, you cant yield results without doing this effective form of therapy, particularly for trauma work! Such a disappointing and dreadful experience overall. Replying to response. The way how I was treated would not indicate that youre sorry for my unhappy experience. Your behaviour was unprofessional, one session in particular when you were outright cruel. Very early on in our sessions Dr. Hass made it clear she would not call anyone without my consent unless the client became a risk to himself or others. (Its a universal law which is really good for both client, therapist and others). Since I was not in that risk category, I found it alarming that Dr. Hass called my sponsor without my consent. At the time, Dr. Hass admitted she was at fault for doing so. On that occasion patient-confidentiality was broken good and proper. Im glad to hear that many clients have benefited from her evidence-based approaches. From my experience, I found she has little or no experience with trauma, CBT, EMDR, DBT and mindfulness techniques, EMDR was not even attempted.

Kathleen is the first therapist that I've felt really understood my problems and had the knowledge and experience to help me. She was kind, understanding and attentive. I'm in such a different place now compared to when I first came and I can't recommend her highly enough.
