Having struggled for many years with challenging events in childhood, bereavement and employment, I never thought anyone would be able to get me to open up as Kristina has. Whilst at times our sessions have brought back painful memories and realisations this was handled with care, kindness and dignity and I feel a sense of pride in finally being able to put things aside and refocus myself and my well-being. This is only possible because of the absolute trust I gained very quickly with Kristina. I cannot recommend her enough, her relaxed, gentle, kind manner really does provide the safe place to share any issue. I am so glad I took the brave step to make an appointment and I will be forever thankful for not only Kristinas help with the past but also showing me their is a future to embrace too. Kristina is unbelievably professional, empowering, supportive the list truly goes on. I struggle to find the words to express how much she has supported me, her personable nature allows for a down to earth, realistic exploration of past traumas; making you feel like youre talking to a friend. I honestly cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Kristina enough; no words can describe how grateful I am to her. She is always professional, empathetic, empowering and patient. Kristina has such vast knowledge, and coupled with her experience, helped me understand what was beneath the surface, why I felt the way I did, how my brain worked/processed information and how to help myself through life.
