Worst service ever, extremely rude and the place we rented literaly had toilet leak from top. The agency is scam and charged us 400 for absolute no reason. The house wasalready damaged. This agency is not helpful and scam you in the end. They dont help out and they just want your deposit. Please dont book with them honestly you will regret it. Worst worst agency ive ever used, lived 3 years in newcastle never came across such greedy letting service. Save your time and ur hardearned money. Cant wait for their fake customer service replies, save your time and energy. The rudest staff, no sense of ownership or customer service i dont even know how its still in business. Because of them my flatmate and I had the worst 3rd year cause therewere constant problems.

One star is more than generous, if you could opt for minus it would definitely be that. We rented through Property Shop Jesmond for our son and friends. The staff never return calls or send emails that have been promised. Disgusting customer services. The students left the house to a reasonable standard I personally being there too ensuring there was little mess/damage. During their tenancy, the living ceiling fell down which caused them all such distress and concern as to whether more would come down. It took the landlord weeks to have this addressed with no apology whatsoever. At the moment we are all waiting on the 2000 plus deposit to be refunded after vacating the premises mid July. We would never recommend this company and are seeking help from the company who guarantee the deposit on your behalf. It should never have to be this hard for students especially when times are hard enough. Very disappointing.
