        Mariella was a great landlord and extremely accommodating whenever we experienced any issues ( which was rare). The property of hers we rented during our stay at university was fully equipped and even had a cleaner included in the rent. A HUGE step up from renting with an estate agents the previous year. Would definitely recommend a private landlord and even more so, Mariella at modern living.
