        They do not even deserve this star... when buying/selling stay well clear... They just want your money, dont explain anything clearly and getting hold of movebutler is like getting blood out of a stone... just stay well clear... picked solicitors without consulting you first assuming who you want, spoken to solicitors today and they say iamproperty/movebutler haven't contacted them so had to fill forms out twice then to top it off I've just had an email telling me to what my first steps are regarding my solicitors... my buyers are over half way through completeing! Movebutler don't even have contact details direct you have to go through iamproperty and good luck if you get a response! Honestly worst company I have ever dealt with. Utterly useless.

        Take money of you before they know a solicitor is on the lenders panel , the cost is much more and they are very hard to get hold of avoid and use your own . Wish I would of looked at the reviews beforehand .
