I hardly ever write reviews but this definitely needed to be done as this company needs to be shamed for is appalling service communication and attitude Towards us, our estate agents and our solicitor. If I could give them -10 stars I would. I dont understand how this company still exists with its awful practices. We were in the middle of purchasing our first home before it was unfortunately repossessed. It came back in the market with AMG acting on behalf of the bank to sell. They made it hell, they didnt want to cooperate and didnt want to search and answer our solicitors queries or questions. It was a case of we arent answering anything, take it or leave it. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. They told our estate agents an initial fee at the start which they would received for the selling the property only to find out on completion day they forgot to mention the price had changed and the fee was halved and. If They didnt accept it then they would pull out of our purchase and put the property on the market again. So our estate agents didnt have a choice but to accept! As they didnt want us the buyers not get the property we had all worked so hard on purchasing so they got half their fee because AMG are incompetent. There legal department is outsourced (Optima legal ) and are just as slow, even worse. We were waiting to exchange for weeks. Our solicitor emailed them every other day for 2 weeks stating we are ready and no response back because it just goes to a generic inbox clearly not well managed company. Communication was dire. Awful. If you ever have to buy a house through them BE WARNED. They will not communicate with you or any of the parties acting on your behalf. They will be rude to talk to and it will be extremely difficult to get any response out of them. They lie about what they do and just do not care. It will be a long process! They need to be shut down or the completely turned around

A truly awful company devoid of ethics and morality. Don't sell your property to this company- our experience of dealing with them was of constant problems (of their creating) and a complete lack of common sense and understanding. Their behaviour was akin to that of a school yard bully.

Need to train staff on the phones! didn't introduce who they were, then hung up the phone when I didn't quite understand why or where they were calling from. Just plain rude.

I purchased a property from them. They gave me no information about the property and refused even to discuss it with me. I had to go through the estate agent who were supplied with no information from AMG about the property
