        Amazing estate agents! Eve, Sophie and grace are super friendly and everything Ive had issues with has been resolved immediately. Could not recommend enough.

        Right from the start Eve and Maria showing me the apartment they have been brilliant, I would 100% recommend this company. Sophie and Eve throughout my stay have been spot on, always happy to help with anything, any issues they have been very prompt and got them sorted straight away, very easy to get in touch with and very good at communicating for anything, honestly would recommend

        Exchange residential are extremely unhelpful. Im not even half way through my year long tenancy and not one complaint or maintenance request has been professionally dealt with and if it has it always takes a long back and fourth process of complaints to get their attention. I strongly recommend that you choose a different company to go through as living as a student is hard enough despite the no support you get from Exchange.
