I want to say a special thank you to Blayne for coming through with all the quick rental process and getting me into my new rented home exactly on the day we agreed. He fulfilled the promises he made when I viewed the house as someone was still living there, so he had the home cleaned and tidied the garden quickly before we moved in so that made me happy. 3 months later there was an issue with the boiler which I reported to him and in less than 10 minutes after I told him, he came to the property and had the boiler fixed and working again. Because of these good experiences so far am like wow Blayne and this company sure deserves a good review so here we are. So am happy and satisfied, do give them a try and you wont regret xxxx

Worst company I have dealt with, check out previous terrible reviews, communication was mostly non existent at the best of times, constant calling where staff didnt bother picking up during opening hours, yet sat there next to the phones.. Barry wardrobe himself also decided to allow us into a property without the owners knowledge while he was abroad, owner was furious (understandably) took weeks to be given a garage key due to owner being abroad - again Barry wardrobes fault as key was sat in their office. fence fell down - Barry then employed 4 cowboys from god knows where to put a few fence posts together which took them all day and werent sturdy- that ridiculous its almost funny. Barry too busy in the jingling gate having a pint to care about the issues tenants have. Our landlord said hed never use them again and neither would we. Also you stand your corner and you get told to calm down and get spoken down to because youre a woman, check out the reviews and you realise the only decent ones are from either family or loyal golf buddies. Hilarious. Never EVER again.

The worst. Unprofessional and useless from the point of view as a Landlord and from my Tenants. Having left, and working with a great agent I'm finding Barrie never carried out a lot of jobs that my tenants requested. The only thing he manages is his golf swing. He's cost me thousands because of not doing relevant checks and doing his job. He's cheap but for a reason, he does little work.
