I have been dealing with AdHoc for a short while now and my experience have been great. Extremely professional and quick to answer all questions. Daryl inducted me and got me settled and Nicki has been more than helpful during his inspections. Overall no complaints. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to take guardianship of a property.

Ad-hoc Property Services provide quality, affordable accommodation. I have been with this company for 3 and a half years now and I am currently in my third property with them. Any maintenance and repair/replacement issues have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Although sometimes it can feel a bit short term, they have gone out of their way to find me suitable alternative accommodation immediately. Daryl is always good to talk to and has helped me out on a number of occasions including major and minor repair issues, replacement for broken household goods supplied by Ad-hoc and allowing me immediate access to property for help in moving. Nikki has also gone out of his way to help me out, for instance when I locked myself out (soz mate) and he was miles away. I would give 5 star review, but some of the other residents have a different outlook as to what sharing is, and have different values with regard to respect of other residents and their property.
