Cowboys and con artists. Do not deal with this company if you have a choice! New charge has come in at 131 per month per resident to hoover carpets once every three weeks and cut what little grass there is occasionally for a block of 12 flats. Over 1300 for the year!!!! When I took this up with them there was a weak response about having to pay accountancy fees which didn't add up to the difference in the extra money residents had to pay. I questioned this and have heard nothing since. For the last 3 years every time I have tried to contact them, the property "manager" never returns any calls and they never explain why the charges go up. Repairs do not get done properly (including an external wood door frame which was glued back together and still has a split in it!) Replacement carpets don't match existing. And the amount they charge for what they do is obscene! They must be absolutely laughing all the way to the bank when they have property to "manage." Avoid at all costs!I
