        Very poor letting agency, especially the staff and service they provide. (guy called Lee is the worst) Never replying to emails. Repairs take months to complete. Mould issues in the flat. They just collect your money and don't care. DO NOT recommend.

        Very unprofessional staff. Do not allow students to have friends in without being informed and if not they keep chasing everyone. They even violate private mail. No human approach during Covid situation. Such a waste of money to pay such a huge rent. The location doesn't worth the harassment.
