    Absolutely shocking - refused to repair a hole in the roof which caused significant damage to a flat. If you use them - go down the RTM route to get rid of them. Inspect their accounts - they charged us over 700 for a roof repair at one development which it turns out was billed to a cleaning company and clearly not a qualified roofer!

    I have had experience of Avoca as both a tenant and a contractor. I have always found them to be extremely open and communicative, easy to get along with and all in all a good bunch of people. My relationship with this company has spanned over 4 years now, in that time our interactions have increased significantly and I really feel that they are a partner now rather than a supplier or customer. I would recommend working with this team.

    Following 2 years of living in a flat with this management company, I have never felt so cheated in all of my life. Each year prices increased for services which were not being carried out. We paid for window cleaning - yet never had our windows cleaned. 400 a year was paid for car park maintenance, but nothing was ever done with/to the car park. Avoid this company at all costs. Even when we came to sell the property, we paid 360 for documents to be released within 5 working days, and they were too incompetent to provide the information. At this point I would have paid 2000 just to never have anything to do with them again. Disgusts me that a company is making so much money from providing such a terrible service.
