        The website doesn't update it's site for opening hours the royal mail is going down the pan fast with all the strike action

        Good point > Efficient staff Bad point > Keep changing opening hours, now only open until 12 on a Monday, no use for businesses in the city centre for dropping their post off

        Pathetic delivery service. Need to have extended opening hours on the weekend for the majority of the population who work during the week! No option to have late deliveries so obiously people will need to collect on the weekend. The ammount of time and money wasted collecting my parcels because of this rubbish delivery service. Try asking the customers for alternative safe places for their parcels too! You need to up your game!
