Beware! Woman at till refused to do me a cash deposit even though they are not allowed to refuse that. She said they only do up to 100 which was no good for me and then told me to go to another post office in Jesmond even though she could see that I was limping. I have arthritis and going elsewhere was just not an option for me, given that I had to pay for a taxi to get there and back home, all for nothing. Absolute waste of time and money.

Very pleasant service - always with a smile and a lovely 'polite' greeting. This business has been serving the community for a very long time and has maintained a clean and honest service throughout. If there is something you would like and they don't stock the item they are happy to consider providing (depending on the likelihood of demand for that product) .... Very reasonable prices with some of the old favourites in the confectionery aisle too I definitely recommend // lovely little business ....
