Northumbria Police - Etal Lane Police Station

Went to hand in some lost property. Closed to the public . Even the phone outside entrance did not work.

Pc Andy McNally attended an incident yesterday 8/6/22. I had scraped the front bumper of another vehicle, the driver was very abusive and initially refused to give any details. I became extremely upset as the situation escalated. I called for the Police to attend and was extremely reassured by the officer named above. He immediately put me at ease, offered some excellent advice, I feel he handled this incident in a calm professional yet friendly manner. It is lovely to deal with someone who has the knowledge and empathy to handle such a situation.

Phoned the police station today to report an incident The officer took all my details and was very understanding. They are now looking in to what i told them. Great service with no problems at all.
