Waited over an hour for our order, phoned twice with a 20 minute interval and was told both times it had left the shop (9 min travel time) Was told they prioritise 2 other post codes and when I mentioned it doesn't state that anywhere the person on the phone said "it is what it is". Horrendous customer service, however the Pizza was delicious.

Ordered meal deal food was absolutely freezing chips and pizza were like rubber and the worst part was the extra side of hairs in the pizzas will never order again
