        Best Pilates studio in Newcastle. Lucky that it is just at walking distance from mine . Along with Pilates there are strength training and spinning classes which I absolutely love . The programs are very well designed . You get taught various techniques and all the areas of your body are taken into account in the designed program

        If you have an arthritic ache the mat pilates is great as that will keep you moving there are lots more vigorous classe you always get the best advice on the class who know the correct technique for you

        I had a lot of pain in my lower back and I said to start pilates! When I started I felt like I wouldn't succeed but all the instructors are so professional they tried to show me all the exercises to do them correctly! Beth is so helpful! and Kirk with infinity strong every time I say I can't I can't but he pushes me to do it!! I recommend it 100% if you want a healthy body and a lot of relaxation!! Thank you very much both of you
