        Had to go get some passport photos done for my kid, and Natalie was super friendly and just a lovely person to interact with :) I also picked up a disposable camera for the first time in years. The processing fee is included when you purchase one from Max Spielmamn, and you can drop it off at any location! Love that.

        Lovely staff. Went for a passport photo. Everything was easy and took 10 minutes from taking pictures to print out. You get an online digital code for your passport which is valid for 30 days. 11.99 for digital code, 4 physical photos and digital photos. They do verify the photos at the passport website. It is 9 for a self machine.

        I went to collect some 6x4 prints only to find the lab had confused the order and sent out a disc. Liz who was working in the store today was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I still got the prints by printing them from the disc in store. The customer service I received from her was amazing and I would recommend the store to anyone else due to her going above and beyond for me. Thank you Liz!
