        Awaiting my prescription for my diabetic insulin that I depend on, waiting all day to collect as I have 1 day off a week I need to collect. Text from the company came 5mins before they close so I quickly went to collect. 17:30 on the dot they refused to get because systems are off and now I have to wait another week without my medication. Poor customer service!
