The pharmacy needs to be bigger or they add another in the hospital. Over a hours wait is unacceptable for 1 prescription. Especially when the insane car parking fees at the rvi are taken in to account.

One of the worst chemists around, couldn't of made collecting a prescription any harder. Unbelievable service, rang them up first to see if my prescription was ready to collect. When I arrived it still took 1 hr to be seen to. Cost me more in parking than the prescription charge. Unbelievable

This pharmacy has a very impersonal type of service. The staff seem abrupt and dont seem to have much customer focus, just seems typical of Lloyds pharmacy

I don't know how they got this contract. Messages saying they'll deliver tomorrow when tomorrow is Saturday and they mean Monday. Why on earth put the word tomorrow in the text at that point? Use the date. This is an area which requires precision, dealing with many vulnerable people and there is just no need to exacerbate existing anxieties that essential medication has been misplaced, with such appalling attention to detail.
