        The girls here are stars!! Best dog groomers in Newcastle. They look after my grumpy old girl Rosie and my puppy Axle. They are so gentle, patient and caring. My pooches come out looking beautiful and smelling amazing. Cant recommend highly enough. Thank you ladies for all you do xx

        After trying to get a booking. They Rang back me up to ask why I had allegedly said one their staff was a fascist? When I said my dogs hair was long, she was told me it will be a mess when I said thats your opinion over a phone whilst Im beside my dog given you a factual statement. Then told by her staff member didnt know what that meant ( factual) , how shes 62 and cant be bothered grooming large dog such as an Airedale and will just shave him. Besides that he was nicked several times on previous cuts and clearly isnt acceptable. I have no words

        The girls always do a fab job with my little Shih Tzu. She's been groomed there ever 7wks for the last 2.5yrs. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
