        First time here for our poppy..Have to say the service was first class..very attentive to what we wanted and delivered exactly that....Staff were very friendly and caring towards myself and Poppy..Price was very reasonable aswell. Will definitely be back

        The woman was very friendly however I am not very pleased with the way my dog came out, when we retrieved him he was covered in loose hair, instantly covering the car when we put him in. We had a chat before he went in and agreed to a very small trim however he has been cut a lot shorter than what I would say is a trim. The whiskers on one side of his face have also been trimmed, which is not recommended at all!!
