Bloom & Groom dog grooming

We took our 2 dogs here for a nail trim, Amanda was so sweet and lovely with them both, especially our older, nervous dog. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back for regular visits :)

We first used Amanda over 1.5 years ago when our usual groomer let us down. Amanda fit us in at short notice, gave us guidance about how to cut our dog but also listened to what we wanted. She is very thorough and patient (our dog frequently gets matted despite us trying to brush him). Our dog loves Amanda and has ran across the park to greet her when he realised who it was!

This was my first visit today with my Westie Daisy,had a lovely experience Amanda and her team were brilliant, groomed her exactly as I asked and I was very happy with the outcome,I asked if I could have a little look behind reception into actual groom room and found it spotless and the 2 dogs already in seemed calm and happy I was very impressed with work ethics a solid 5 stars

I was very supprised after reading the reviews. Our experience was very different. We found the owner very rude. We have not long had our dog so knowing hows best to cut her is realy not our expertise. I was told "well we are normally told what to do". I think maybe a little bit of guidance on how she could be cut would have been nice. We were told a price of 47 but when turning up it was 69 no pre phone call to advise us. I appreciate there were alot of knots but, we should have been advised on this when dropping her off or told once work had commenced. Definitely our first and only vist.
