Really bizarre experience similar to some of the other negative reviews on here. Half a review really since we never got to have our dog groomed. My husband made the appointment weeks in advance and so we turned up 10 minutes early for our 3.30 appointment. Was met by a rather shouty, very flustered lady firstly shouting Im busy! then reluctantly dragging herself out from the back room with a what do you want?. I explained we had an appointment. No you dont she said. I explained my husband made the appointment and she offered to show me her book to show she wasnt lying. At this point even if my appointment materialised I wouldnt of been happy leaving my dog with her anyway, so just walked out. Cant comment on the quality of her work but based on her mad attitude and the other similar negative comments I certainly wouldnt recommend. It was like some hidden camera sketch how dramatic she was I kept thinking Ant and Dec were going to pop out!

Took my dog in and was immediately told off for letting her get wet as it had felted her fur. She came out clipped right down, patchy and uneven. She said she had had a very busy day and seemed annoyed that I had turned up for the appointment. Won't be returning.

My mother in law took her dog for first time. The dog is an older bichon frise who has problems with her hips and eyes. The owner of the shop was extremely sympathetic and reassuring that she would look after her. When we picked her up she looked and smelled beautiful. The owner couldnt have been nicer and gave us some tips for her eyes. We will be returning.
