Katie has helped me overcome lots of obstacles that were in the way of my fitness goals, she has not only built my confidence around training, but food and eating too. Having struggled with disordered eating for half my life, Katie has empowered me to not see food in categories of either bad or good, and not to treat food as a reward or punishment. This has been a big revolution for me and now I have a better and more sustainable relationship with food. The biggest break through I have had with Katie is being able to strength train, as this was always something I was way too nervous to do on my own. Although the private gym Katie works from (Hidden Strength) is amazing, supportive, and you are never left waiting on equipment being free, I only attend there twice a week. For the rest of my work outs on my own I attend a larger gym on the high street. Katie has taught me how to be flexible and adapt the work outs we do together so that I can still train on my own even if its super busy. now Im pleased to say I can walk into the weights section of any gym with confidence. If you benefit from positive reinforcement then Katie is the right PT for you. She is very bubbly and is always cheering me on and is just as, if not more happy about me reaching my goals than I am! Katie is an advocate for good in the fitness world and cuts through a lot of the rubbish that the diet and weight loss industry puts out. A strong role model for anyone aspiring to improve themselves or look to get stronger and healthier

Had completely fallen out of love with fitness and was uninspired by the gym until I started training with Katie at Hidden Strength (a fab little studio). She has encouraged me and created programs which are easily transferable to individual gym sessions as well as during PT. I am amazed at how much my strength has improved over the last six months, as well as developing a much more positive outlook on exercise. Thank you!!!
