Been training with Michael for around 2 years now, and hes a great personal trainer-friendly, knowledgable and really supportive. Sessions are challenging but really rewarding, and no two are the same so theres no chance of getting bored. More importantly hes really pushed and supported me to help me achieve my weight loss & fitness goals and increase my confidence in the gym. Cant recommend him enough!

By far the best trainer in Gosforth!Pushes you to your limits and supports you in your goals!Sessions are a good laugh whilst also working to your maximum. Would highly recommend

Have previously attended bootcamp with Michael. He has also been very helpful when I have attended the gym by giving me various options to help me achieve my goals. Over the last couple of years he had not only helped improve my fitness but also given me a huge confidence boost. I would highly recommend training Michael.
