Attended my first boot camp run by Mat this week. Brilliant session pitched just right right for a range of fitness levels. Felt great afterwards. Great attentive and encouraging instructor. Looking forward my next session with Mat.

Training with Matt is the highlight of my week. He's super nice, kind and funny, and what's most important, he knows his stuff. I was looking for help with weight loss/muscle gain/motivation and found exactly what I wanted. He's created exciting routines tailored for me, everything explained and demonstrated. He has helped with nutrition and he's super motivating and pleasant to train with. I discovered muscles I never knew existed. Couldn't reccomend more, money well spent! :)

Matt is a great motivator that maximises every session. I was really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail with every exercise. I went to Matt for a sport specific program (lacrosse) and it's spot on.
