Very friendly patient helpful, I had plenty of time during my appointment to discuss concerns and issues I had. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. I was able to ask as many questions to help my understanding of the test results. When I had to try new frames, I was asked what I liked and what I felt suited me and because this was a new prescription, I was able to ask further questions and felt at ease through the whole process. They have been very professional through all the vigorous testing very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them.

How do you choose an opthalmist if you have any sort of eye problem other than normal deterioration of eyesight. GT Harvey specialises in more complex sight problems as well as standard testing. I have used their services for many years and treatment has always been comprehensive and exacting. I know many medical and other professionals, like pilots, use their services which can go way beyond standard testing, using about 7 other state-of-the-art pieces of specialist equipment, arguably by far the best in the north east. If you truly value you eyesight and want the very best eyecare then vist Harveys. The dispensing of glasses and contact lenses is also far superior to other opthalmists with dispensers being fully qualified, not just short in-store training. I am not a friend of relative giving an enthusiastic review; I'm just a patient who is totally satisfied with the care my wife and I get from Harveys. Recommended without hesitation.
