        I just collected my glasses from Richardson's. The lady was quiet but professional and very friendly. I am pleased they are still aware of covid and it made me feel safe. My glasses are lovely and they were a really good price .

        Still make u wait outside and knock for appointments. Still using covid rules in September 2022. Ridiculous. The woman on reception is so obsessed with covid, it makes you feel unwelcome and not wanted. She's pretty rude tbh. I'll go to specsavers. - I wonder if the owner knows they make customers wait outside still)
