Hi I normally get good service here, but I thought the specs I got last time were flimsy and said so, there was very little plastic or strength to them . I havent sat on them or stood on them. I literally picked them up to rinse them under the bathroom tap to clean them, they literally collapsed in my hand and have broke in half on the right frame. Im an NHS patient. I think these were tacky and faulty. Went back to optition and he claimed they hadn't had any for ages. I felt I was made a liar of. They were the specs I had at my last prescription, so slightly peeved about it. However he said he took them to another optician so that my lens can be fitted in another set. So let's see if I have the same problem. Tbh I wasn't happy when I felt accused. So now opticians are giving poor people second class inferior frames and making us look like liars. I've rated the extra star because he made effort to replace them, he would of got the five had he not treat me as if I had lied. I'm actually a compulsive truth teller. So this has triggered me. Think I'm going to change my optician for this reason.

Mark is good at prescribing spectacles and his charges are reasonable. He carries a good range of frames. He is also good at spotting eye disorders and recommending treatments and dietary supplements.
