        I absolutely would not trust my sight anywhere else. We have been coming here for several years with my little girls and I have always felt reassured. The people who work at Long and Pickard are so lovely and the service is excellent. I am now coming for my glasses too and I am incredibly pleased and relieved to have a fabulous opticians. An independent firm of experts. When it comes to choosing frames they go that extra mile to help you find the right ones.

        The national chains of opticians are all well and good but I got fed up never seeing the same person twice and always being ushered to the most expensive frames first when I had to choose glasses. Long & Pickard seem to be interested in eyecare first and selling glasses second. In the end they were no more expensive than the chains and I left knowing that my eyesight had been looked after by a professional team of people.
