        My relative was here for a short stay staff hardly spoke to him. Waited 15 minutes before being greeted by anyone. Was there for 2 weeks and showered twice (by me). Window was broken in bedroom. Advised this would be fixed. It wasn't repaired. Staff sat on mobile. All of his medication not sent on. As they forgot. Elderly people deserve better.

        My mother passed away May 1st well run home from top to bottom every one a credit to this home there is not a lot more to say when you're Mother has been looked after by the best once again thank you all
