The place is chaotic. Arrived for an appointment to see a relative to find used covid tests in the lobby. Four people taking tests in a lobby only 8 x4 feet with a member of staff. People shouting and screaming, two nearly fighting in the corridor. Staff administering medicine and trying to feed a patient whilst walking in the corridor. One woman walking around with nothing on her lower half. The care workers present appear to have little if any training and one didn't even know if my relative was even on that ward. It begs belief. The patients room upon arrival smelt like a deodoriser had just been sprayed and within minutes the room stunk of a blocked drain. The place could do with a good clean, it sticks of pee.
