This was the first time I have ever been to a brand new car dealership in my life and I honestly can say that the experience was phenomenal and surpassed every possible expectation. The experience was made unique and special with the exceptional quality of care I received from Gail. She was super welcoming, friendly and really as excited as I was about going through the process of a new car. I just felt so looked after and really it made what was a very special moment for me even better. The customer care is second to none. Engagement and answering of questions was on point. There was absolutely nothing to fault at all with this dealership. I went away feeling fully informed, properly looked after, respected and valued.

I came in for coding of a new Nissan Leaf key, which I assumed would be around a 20-minute job, max. It took well over an hour, messing up my schedule for the day. It would be good for these on-the-day visits if you could predict a likely time for the job

I have recently purchase a brand new car with the help of Jack. Jack and the team were absolutely lovely throughout and a credit to the lookers team!! And an added bonus my car was ready a month early than expected

i bought a Nissan Juke from Lookers Newcastle today 28/4/23 and the member of staff (Mike) in sales dealt with the process very professionally. As the sale was conducted over the phone due to the distance i had to travel he kept in touch by telephone and email to ensure all went smoothly. On the day i travelled to collect the car he was waiting on my arrival and gave me an indepth briefing on the car and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the dealership and found it a friendly welcoming place to buy a car.
