        I was gifted a treatment at Nail It and was very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately I left the appointment with over filed nails and aggressively trimmed cuticles resulting in inflamed and bleeding fingers. I allowed time for them to settle but when they got worse I contacted the Fenwick team and found their follow up care was disregarding and unsatisfactory. Lax customer service and rudeness aside, I was only offered 10% off a future treatment, a treatment upon the raw cuticles and some free cuticle oil. Upon research, medically these are wholly inadvisable due to infection risk. I will not be returning as a customer and I would certainly not recommend their service. Services: Nail cut & filing, Sculpted nails, Manicure, Gel manicures
