Quality Nails

I would not use this service unless you want poor quality nails for high prices. I went in for infills then my nails were took off and replaced with full set that I did not ask for. The nails are different sizes and shapes. The guy had aggressive tone when refused to pay the price he was asking especially when one of his colleagues( who clearly does not have clue how to do nails) took my nails off and file down that much they were really sore. She was told I wanted infills but clearly ignored the customer and did what she wanted. These nails are poor quality and charge you what they want there are no set prices even though have price list up they do not stick to it. I am so unhappy with my nails I considering take them off and getting them done else where. I never complain but this place is beyond a joke. I will not visit again. He was way too aggressive with the filing and measuring to see if the nail length is the same. I couldnt move my nails due to being in pain for hours after i got them done it seemed like he was more interested talking to the women. As he let the top coat cure the women then just took it off me and gave it to another patient he made half of the nails too wonky and did the wrong shape and colour. Wouldnt recommend Service: Manicure

I went in for a full set of acrylics, I asked for pricing before I arrived & was told 30 for a full set, I arrived for my appointment, I was 5 minutes late as I couldnt find the shop but then I ended up having to wait 30 more minutes before being seen to, I showed them a picture of what I wanted & they gave me options to choose colours, when I was having my design done, I had to change it as the technician wasnt able to complete the design to a good standard & I was then told that I had to pay 43 for my nails because I had used coloured powder, I did not ask to use coloured powder & was not advised it would cost me any more when they used it! I am absolutely appalled at the service provided & I wasnt even able to get the nails I wanted due to a lack of skill! Would not go here again!

Was not.impressed nails felt horrid after had to file off ruff/click bits after 3 weeks 2 of my nails had snapped as they didn't.put strengther on which I always do with the girl I normally see .... never go back everything seemed to be hurried ... back with the girl who normally does them and not changing at least she takes her time and gets them done lovely and threnghner on and quality is so much better
