I paid 18 pounds for acrylic nails, my nails were done badly and very damaged on the 5th day. I came back on The 9th day the Friday as I couldn't come before. There was no one to listen to my complaint so I waited 3 minutes and left as they only wanted to fix 4 of my nails while the other were not good and coming out too. The people were disrespectful and the quality of these is like all Chinese products, very bad, I had to wait along time to have horrible nails coming out too soon. I did not accept their offer to wait more for only fixing four nails, I would rather not go back there again, I waisted my money, my time and their service is awful treated me horriblein not a professional way, you can not complain about their bad work nor they have guaranteed a quality service at all since first minute I stepped in there.
