Ive been here 3 times now and each time I have left with beautiful nails! The visual product you are left with is by no doubt consistently stunning, this place really nails that aspect (haha). There are a couple things that prevent me from rating this place higher, however. Theyre very aggressive with using nail drills on your natural nails, and also use these to remove your cuticles. After 3 visits my nails became super weak and sensitive, to the point where any contact with my nail is very painful and Im now having to completely grow them out before doing anything to them again. The other thing is that the cleanliness standards arent great. All of the equipment appears heavily used and hasnt been cleaned, and each time Ive been sat at a station its usually covered in debris from working on other customers. Ultimately, if you want a one off set of beautiful nails for a special occasion, I think youd be happy with the finished product from here - but if you are looking for somewhere to regularly maintain your nails I would get them done at a place that is going to be more gentle and be mindful of your nails condition.
