Paid my deposit for a vehicle and was ensured it it was all ready to go and ready to collect, MOT done, service done and waiting in the valet area, so booked train tickets to Newcastle, hotel for the night, (7 hour round trip) out of pocket 180, to be told just the day before that there's an "electrical fault" but was ensured it would be ready the following Sunday and the same happened again, the day before I was told it's still not ready and won't be booked in till January, I felt extremely let down, poor communication, said they'd ring yet didn't, said it was booked in but wasn't, said the part was ordered but that never happened either, was told on 5 different occasions that I would be contacted and that Harry will call you, Harry never did.

Fantastic experience and an absolute pleasure purchasing a used car from Gary and his colleagues at Stonebridge. The staff are professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The vehicle was very well presented when I viewed the car. The buying process was simple and effortless thanks to Gary and his colleagues. The car came with a full service and a year's MOT. I travelled over 5 hours to collect the car and had not yet eaten. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gary who offered me something to eat and drink after making the long journey. Where else offers customer service like that!!! Truly a great experience and would highly recommend! Cheers again!
