As first time clueless buyers, she was so patient and helpful, ensuring we fully understood our options and we never felt pushed into any decisions. A delay review but it needed to do done . What can I say about cooper rose . Well Louise and Nicola are wonderful people who help us so much to get a mortgage . Unfortunately with bad luck we never got a house but I can say they always go the extra mile for you and always see whats best for you.. well. definitely recommend them .

I recently completed on my first house purchase and was recommended Louise's services through an acquaintance. The process ended up being quite lengthy due to a large chain, but Louise and other Cooper Rose staff remained incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout. Louise also helped to source various insurance policies that fully catered to my circumstances, and she wouldn't settle for less, even if it meant approaching other companies for new quotes. We have only positive things to say about Cooper-Rose. We used them for our transfer of equity which ended up being quite complicated and they went above and beyond by contacting the Business Manager to ensure the tight deadlines were achieved.
