        AVOID AVOID AVOID. Brought my laptop in for repair at the Byker store, they damaged the battery beyond repair while trying to remove it from the casing, removed my internal track pad cable, then gave me the laptop back after saying it couldn't be fixed. Then are now denying that they have done anything to the laptop (despite being the only people that have ever looked inside it) and I now have to fork out nearly 100 to replace and repair the things they took and damaged. Thanks for wasting my time and money guys. UPDATE they are now claiming in their reply that the byker store doesn't do laptop repairs, that's weird because you said you fix laptops and I have the receipt to prove it. Nice try.

        Excellent service provided thought I needed new charging port but didnt it only needed cleaned and thats all he charged me for when collected the phone. Real genuine lad recommend to all if problems with your phone
