Phone Hub

Really bad, paid twenty quid for me phone to be unlocked, and they kept making excuses. No refund or unlock, so they took my money, wasted my time and did nowt.

Had the worst experience! Gave in my 300 phone to have the screen repaired and phone hub had a robbery so my phone was stolen. They assured me they'd give me a new phone. As they couldn't find another phone to give me they told me my phone was worth 70 but as it had cost them 60 for the screen they'd give me a 10 voucher to use in their store. I complained and went in and called numerous times over six months and finally they agreed to give me the amount my phone is actually worth but a year later I still haven't seen any money from them they fob me off when I come in and ignore my calls. Never shop here! This has been my worst nightmare of customer service!! Haven't seen hide or hare of money or phone from them.

Went to get charging port replaced, done within a hour for a decent price, would recommend.
