Absolutely horrendous I paid 55 pound for my screen to be fixed and my phone has never been the same since. Do not recomend!!

Terrible customer service! Paid 15 for a wireless samsung charger that only worked 6 days and when I returned it to the shop they refused a refund and said it was my fault for damaging the cable port so I very reluctantly bought another charger for 15 and it has done the exact same thing. Went to a Samsung shop in town to be informed the item is a cheap counterfeit. Rang up to speak to the manager and was very rudely constantly and abruptly interrupted whilst going between our conversation and talking to someone else in another language. They outright refused to accept what I've said or offer a refund for the 30 I've wasted there so I have little option but to report them to trading standards! Do not shop here!

they were closed on a sunday, even though google says open till 4.

i took my phone in to get screen fixed and was told it would be 120 and done the same day. after going back and forth it ended up taking 3 days and costing 130. my phone has also never been the same since.
