Brought in my laptop with no hope and Raphael magically fixed it. Amazing work and also they charged me only for what was wrong unlike other places where they overcharge customers. Would recommend definitely!

The worst experience ever!! After reading all these amazing reviews, I trusted this place out of any other places to repair my laptop which had sentimental data along with my uni work. When dropping the laptop I was reassured that they were gonna replace the hard ware and transfer all the data. After a week, I went to pick up my laptop and was told its at the lab and should return some other time. Two weeks later, i was informed my laptop was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I was told it was across the road, at another laptop repairer which apparently is owned by the same business. Before paying, I decided to check my folders to confirm I had all my data. However they had installed some other Chinese studentss data on my laptop. The guy was confused how this has occurred and didnt have any other explanation. After standing around and waiting for 1 hour, informed him to give me a call after they rectify all the issue. A month later I was informed my laptop is ready. I went to pick it up it up today to find that half of my university dissertation along with other documents have disappeared. At this point I started panicking, the guys didnt seem to know what he was doing and was really rude. I asked if my data was transferred to another persons laptop in the same way they had another persons data on my laptop. The technician started to get rude and say hes transferred all the data even though he hasnt. He took out the new hard drive and put the old one in and handed me my laptop . So not only did they waste my time, they lost my data and did not fix the issue I was having. I DO NOT Recommend this place.
