I regularly attend TM online sessions with Chris and I have to say what an absolute joy it is. These sessions are absolutely fantastic and so beneficial. Chris has a real wealth of experience that really shines through. This has enhanced my own experience of the many benefits of TM. The sessions provide the perfect balance between knowledge and practice. There is also a real sense of community from everyone attending. If you want to enhance your TM practice on every level, then I would highly recommend connecting with Chris.

I absolutely loved the TM course ran by Chris. I was weary learning online as I thought it would have been better in person but it totally exceeded my expectations and allowed me to fit it in around a busy schedule. Chris is great and puts a lot of effort into helping you understand the concepts and answering any questions you have. He has a kind nature and a gentle approach which made me feel relaxed immediately and comfortable to ask anything that was on my mind. Learning TM means I now have a tool I can use anytime to bring me back to centre. It was tricky to start but the more I do it the easier it is. There is no good or bad mediation its all inner work and that in itself is a positive. It allows me to think clearer through the day and my ability to handle stressful situations has increased. Most of all it gives me the feeling that Ive come home, come back to myself and my true nature. Its great and I thank Chris so much for giving this gift to be able to protect my inner peace. You are brilliant!

I learnt TM in my mid 30s and although I found it incredibly useful, I fell by the wayside after a few years of practice. Ive recently started meditating again, twice a day for the last five months, and have found this incredibly beneficial. I was always plagued by anxiety and low mood, and I lacked the stamina and confidence to follow through with the positive plans that Id made but meditating twice a day has really changed the way I think, and has definitely improved my well-being and productivity I was taught TM by Chris and over the years I have contacted him for support and encouragement. I recently attended a retreat that was organised by Chris in Northumberland, early this year and I can honestly say it has been one of the best investments I have made in myself. One of the benefits I find about practicing TM is that Ive stopped sabotaging the beneficial parts of my life. When I come home from work exhausted Im convinced that Ill skip my gym class but after 20 minutes of meditation Im in a more positive frame of mind, and I make my class! I am also less likely to worry about the things in my life that I cannot change, and I have more positive thoughts, and I do not see the future as negatively as I did before. I view my afternoon meditation time as a real treat, its almost as if Im about to have something indulgent like coffee and cake or a glass of wine! I am now 56 and I wonder how different my life may have been if Id never stopped meditating. I do know TM is a great help to me and Im incredibly happy that Ive taken it up again.

I learned how to do transcendental meditation back in 2008 mostly thanks to David Lynch. Its really one of the best things Ive ever done for myself. When you go deep into it, it really is extremely relaxing, like diving into an ocean of pure bliss as David Lynch says. Though its often just nice rather than transcendent, the really deep ones are like a special treat. It can be very refreshing and invigorating too. Theres been so many times Ive felt stressed, anxious or just off in some way and Ive meditated and then just felt much clearer and calmer, like all the negativity has been swept away, at least for a few hours. Ive also had many moments of creative inspiration and problem solving whilst meditating too. Chris is a great teacher of TM. Hes very pleasant, personable and funny, and has a deep love of bird watching. Hes been meditating and teaching it for decades now and is very good at explaining the simple technique and also helping people overcome any niggling issues theyre having with their meditations, and everybody has these problems from time to time. Back in the 00s and early 2010s you had to go to a physical location to learn over three days and then wait months or even years for a refresher course to come back round to your area. Now with Zoom, Chris is available every day to everyone around the world. Ive learnt in my many years of doing TM that meditating with a group, even digitally, always seems deeper and richer somehow too. The Wednesday evening Zoom group meditation has now become a key fixture of my week. I highly recommend learning Transcendental Meditation and learning it from Chris as hes a great teacher and vastly more affordable than the official TM orgs. Peter Davies
