On approach Dr Land was very attentive and listened to my concerns. We discussed various treatment considerations and outcomes. At that point, it was felt that I would benefit from filler in my temple area. Prior to our discussion, this option never occurred to me as an area on my face that would benefit me, by volumising. It made me realise how we sometimes zoom in on specific areas on our face without considering the wider picture. On undertaking my treatment, he talked me through the process so I understood what to expect. I am really happy and pleased with the outcome of my treatment and can clearly see the benefits of the recommendation we choose to go with in maintaining the more natural youthful look that I desire. It was well worth having the consultation with Dr Land first, and I intend returning to repeat the treatment in due course to maintain it. When I first arrived at Novellus I was a little nervous and conscious of my skin, now I can leave the house with confidence and no make up on! My skin has gone from dull and tired to bright, fresh and smooth. Steven, Katie, Ros and Ash are all amazing, warm, welcoming and just lovely. I cannot recommend Novellus and the team highly enough. I just came in for a bit of pre-wedding skin care, 7 months later, I now have a great skin care routine, a love of facials and feel that my face is glowing again! Thank you so much!!
